Chris Matthews, Managing Partner

Chris has an extensive professional career utilizing his skills and experience in both the private and not-for-profit sectors: a non-profit and business strategic improvement consultant, a social-entrepreneur, and a banker. In 2012, Chris joined the OGLCC board of Directors executives, as the operation lead to help find improvements and grow the organization. From 2011 to present, Chris has used his strategic and process improvement experience in the Not-for-profit sector to help enhance the direction for Who’s Who in Black Canada, an organization profiling excellence within the Canadian black community. ProudPolitics, the first national organization aimed at increasing civic-participation and political-leadership within the Canada’s LGBTIQ+ communities. Most recently Chris has co-founded Employable Accessible People (E.A.P), an organization focus on enabling corporations to be ready to hire and provide rewarding careers for highly skilled, educated mobile disable individuals. Chris has extensive banking experience in both domestic and international finance and has sat on several of their steering committees regarding diversity and inclusive policies.
